This Privacy Policy explains how Scalpoors, the operator of the Service, collects, uses, stores, discloses, and otherwise processes information in connection with the website, battle interfaces, wallet connectivity flows, buy-in mechanics, and related products or features where this Privacy Policy is posted.

The Service is designed for skill-based financial battle gameplay and may involve account creation, wallet authentication, blockchain interactions, buy-ins, prize calculations, anti-abuse controls, and risk monitoring. Because of that model, some information is necessary to operate the Service safely, to prevent fraud, and to document game outcomes.

This Privacy Policy is meant to describe current practices as of April 26, 2026. Supplemental notices may apply to specific jurisdictions, products, promotions, or technical features.

The Service is not directed to children and is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old and otherwise legally permitted to participate in paid skill-based experiences in the place where they access the Service.

• Wallet and blockchain data, such as public addresses, signed messages, transaction hashes, smart-contract interaction records, and publicly visible onchain settlement or claim activity.
• Device, network, and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, language, approximate geolocation inferred from network signals, referral data, page interactions, and diagnostics.
• Compliance and safety data, such as fraud signals, sanctions screening flags, duplicate-account indicators, suspicious activity markers, abuse reports, dispute submissions, and system integrity logs.

We collect information directly from you when you connect a wallet, create or update a profile, queue for a battle, interact with gameplay controls, deposit or withdraw funds where available, request support, or otherwise use the Service.

We also receive information from blockchain networks, wallet providers, analytics or infrastructure vendors, fraud-prevention tools, payment or custody integrations where used, and public or commercial data sources needed to verify service integrity, manage risk, or comply with law.

We use information to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service. This includes creating and managing accounts, authenticating sessions, connecting wallets, rendering battles, settling outcomes, issuing refunds where appropriate, investigating errors, preventing abuse, and keeping replay or audit records.

Some parts of the Service depend on public blockchains, oracle systems, or market data infrastructure. Information recorded to a blockchain or other public ledger may be visible to anyone, may be replicated broadly, and may not be capable of deletion or correction once confirmed.

Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, smart-contract interactions, and settlement artifacts may therefore remain publicly accessible outside our systems even if you close an account or request deletion of data that we directly control.

The Service may also process price-feed and gameplay telemetry to validate battle outcomes, detect stale or manipulated conditions, and support replay, dispute review, or compliance needs.

• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, insolvency proceeding, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable confidentiality and legal constraints.
• With your direction or consent, including when you connect third-party services or choose to publish optional profile details.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including account administration, gameplay integrity, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, accounting, tax, security, and enforcement of our Terms of Use.

Retention periods can vary depending on the nature of the data, the sensitivity of the information, the need to preserve battle or settlement records, and whether applicable law requires us to retain specific records for longer periods.

When we no longer need information for a permitted purpose, we will delete it, de-identify it, or securely isolate it where appropriate, subject to technical limitations, backup cycles, public-blockchain permanence, and lawful recordkeeping obligations.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, and disclosure. These measures may include access controls, environment segregation, authentication controls, logging, encryption in transit where appropriate, vendor review, abuse detection, and incident response processes.

No system is perfectly secure, however. You are responsible for protecting your devices, recovery phrases, seed phrases, private keys, account credentials, and wallet access. If you believe your account or wallet has been compromised, you should stop using the Service, secure your wallet, and use the support or reporting channels made available in the Service without delay.
